If you already have your plans, we’ll guide you through selecting the options and upgrades that will make it uniquely your home. If you haven’t chosen a plan yet, we have worked with The Plan Factory for many years with positive feedback from our homeowners to put together what you need.

You can customize your new home as much as you desire. You can choose all the amenities (floors, doors, windows, countertops, fixtures, etc.) from our vendors, or let us know if you’ve seen something you like and we’ll help you track it.
